If importation is required by your business operations, it is necessary that you secure a Certificate of Accreditation from the Bureau of Customs (BoC).
Companies however are not permitted to secure said BoC accreditation without first obtaining an Importer Clearance Certificate (ICC) from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Under the law, applicants for ICCs are required to establish legitimate presence in the Philippines and demonstrate compliance with tax regulations. Our legal partners can advise and assist you in making your company eligible to secure an ICC from the BIR and process all required documents for the BoC to get your accreditation.
